3.1 Fee Refund Policy School fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable. Refunds are considered only under the following specific circumstances:

3.2 Non-Refundable Fees The following fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Registration/Application fees
  • Admission fees (once session has commenced)
  • Examination fees
  • Activity or event participation fees

3.3 Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school accounts office or via email to parasschool2006@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days back to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, or card).
  • The school reserves the right to verify and approve all refund requests before processing.

3.4 Cancellation of Payment

  • Once a payment is initiated and successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled online.
  • For any cancellation request, contact the school office directly at parasschool2006@gmail.com.

3.5 Failed Transactions

If not received within this period, please contact us with your transaction ID.

If a payment fails and the amount is debited from your bank account, it will typically be auto-reversed within 5–7 banking days by your bank.
