3.1 Fee Refund Policy School fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable. Refunds are considered only under the following specific circumstances:

| Admission cancelled before the academic session begins | As per school’s admission cancellation rules |

3.2 Non-Refundable Fees The following fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Registration/Application fees
- Admission fees (once session has commenced)
- Examination fees
- Activity or event participation fees
3.3 Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school accounts office or via email to parasschool2006@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days back to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, or card).
- The school reserves the right to verify and approve all refund requests before processing.
3.4 Cancellation of Payment
- Once a payment is initiated and successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled online.
- For any cancellation request, contact the school office directly at parasschool2006@gmail.com.
3.5 Failed Transactions
If not received within this period, please contact us with your transaction ID.
If a payment fails and the amount is debited from your bank account, it will typically be auto-reversed within 5–7 banking days by your bank.
